1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-7 business days before being shipped.
- Please note: Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and destination.
Formula for Delivery Time:
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
- Orders are shipped once all items are available in the warehouse.
- Delivery times may be delayed during peak seasons.
Important Note:
“Transport by sea” is not available for certain products, including those containing batteries, liquids, creams, cosmetics, or similar items.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package.
- Shipping costs are not included in product prices.
- To view shipping fees, simply enter your shipping address at checkout.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

- If your package tracking hasn’t been updated for an extended period, please contact us. We will help locate the package or file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received:
- If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, contact us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation.
- Inquiries made after 7 days may be harder to investigate with the carrier, but we will still do our best to help resolve the issue.
